Our delivery agents make three attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, city, area and phone number is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the third failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.

CAN WE CHECK THE PRODUCT BEFORE DELIVERY?
Unfortunately it does not comply with the policies of the courier services. Hence, it's not possible.
WHAT HAPPENED IF I GET THE MISSING PRODUCTS
In case of missing products, leave a msg on social media. you will get the missing item within 3-4 days.
WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT?
