We have a 10-days exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange.

To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to return or exchange your online order, please complete the return form and include it with  your return shipment. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return your order, follow these 3 simple steps:
1-  Fill the return form given below 
2- Re-pack your Items securely
3- Courier the parcel  back to us

  • Done! You will receive a call from our Customer Support within 5 working days of receiving your parcel. 
  • You will have to pay the courier charges which will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error (wrong or defective product sent). 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Change of mind is not applicable
